The capital city’s Christmas celebration were kickstarted by the Xmas Carol night conducted by YMCA Trivandrum at University Senate Hall on December 01, 2024 Bishop Dr. Isaac Mor Philexinox of the Marthoma Syrian Church, Trivandrum- Kottarakkara Diocese inaugurated and blessed the occasion with a Christmas message. The celebratory night, which started with a song sung by the YMCA Choir was made into a melodious one by 16 choirs from various churches in the city. YMCA Choir master Mr. Cherian Oommen was felicitated during the occasion.
